For the ingredients, you will need: ½ pound beef cut into strips, ¼ cup raspberries, 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons dried seaweed, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 pinch of crushed hard pepper, ½ teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon sesame seed, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, ½ teaspoon sugar , salt.


Soak the algae in water for about 15 minutes. Heat the sesame oil and add the beef, garlic with a pinch of salt and soy sauce. Then drain the seaweed that you pour into a bowl to add raspberries, beef and vinaigrette made of rice vinegar, vegetable oil, pepper and sugar. Enjoy your meal.
