Classic Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

Bitumen
3 tablespoons butter, smoothed
3 tablespoons of natural cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup of icing sugar

1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup natural cocoa powder
1/2 cup white wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder


Preparation:

Bitumen
Beat 3 tablespoons butter with 3 tablespoons cocoa, honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla and icing sugar

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C (350 ° F). Grease and flour a 20x20 centimeter baking pan.
Melt 1/2 cup butter in large saucepan. Remove from the heat and incorporate white sugar, eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla; Mix well. Add 1/3 cup of cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder; Beat to integrate.
Bake in the oven preheated between 25 and 30 minutes. Let the brownies cool a bit and cover them with the bitumen while they are still warm.
