Purslane with pork with green sauce

Ingredients:
½ kilo of pork, in pieces
½ onion
3 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
Salt to taste
2 kilos of verdolagas
½ kilo of green tomatoes
6 chiles serranos verdes
2 tablespoons oil
½ cup cilantro leaves
Granulated Chicken Consomme, to taste

preparation:
* Place the pork, ½ onion, 1 clove of garlic and 1 bay leaf in a pot, cover with water and add salt to taste. Let it boil over high heat, reduce flame, cover and cook over low heat until smooth.
* Meanwhile, wash the purslane and separate the leaves from the stems. Cook the leaves in a large pot with water and salt. Drain well.
* Apart, cook the tomatoes along with the chilli in a saucepan with water until soft, but not undone.
* Heat oil in a saucepan over low heat. Blend cooked tomatoes and chilies with 2 cloves of garlic, cilantro and 2 cups of beef broth. Pour into pan with hot oil, lid and cooker for 10 minutes.
* Add meat, purslane and granulated consomme; Let it boil together for a few minutes. Serve hot and accompany with refried beans.

Pork and pork chunks in a green tomato sauce with chili peppers and cilantro. A simple and healthy dish.
