Granola with coconut

Granola with coconut:


Oatmeal, almonds and coconut toasted in the oven with a hint of agave honey. This granola, as well as delicious, is easy and economical.

Ingredients :

3 cups raw oat flakes
1 cup whole and raw almonds
1 cup grated coconut, dry and unsweetened
1/2 teaspoon ground salt
6 tablespoons of honey of agave
1/4 cup canola oil.

Preparation :

1-Preheat the oven to 165 ° C.
2-In a small saucepan over low heat, heat the oil and honey for 5 minutes.
3-While mixing the oats, almonds, coconut and salt in a large bowl. Pour the oil with honey over this mixture and stir well, until the dry ingredients have been evenly moistened.
4-Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Spread the granola on the paper and bake on the grill in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, stir and bake for 10 minutes or until the coconut looks golden. Allow to cool completely before serving or storing.
