Quinoa Stuffed Tomatoes
Ingredients:
4 tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, 1 bag of pre-cooked quinoa, 2 teaspoons of light grated cheese, 4 teaspoons of turkey matches, 4 teaspoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of Parsley chiselled with salt and pepper.
Preparation:
1- Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
2- Rinse the tomatoes and cut out the hat. Empty the inside with a spoon. Book the flesh.
3- Peel and chop the garlic.
4- In each tomato, place a spoonful of quinoa, a spoonful of turkey matches, a grated cheese and a few sprigs of parsley, then a spoonful of tomato flesh. Sprinkle with a spoon of oil, salt, pepper and replace the hat.
5- Place in a baking dish with 5cl of water and bake for 40 minutes, sprinkling occasionally if necessary.
