Chocolate Brownies and Mint
These brownies will be covered with layer of mint cream and chocolate frosting.
Ingredients :
125 grams of flour
300 grams of glass sugar
115 grams of butter, melted
45 milliliters of mint cream liqueur
170 grams of semisweet chocolate chips
85 grams of butter
200 grams of white sugar
115 grams butter, softened
450 milliliters of chocolate syrup
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Preparation :
Preheat the oven to 165 ° C (325 ° F). Grease a 22x33 centimeter baking pan.
Beat the sugar together with the butter in a large bowl, until smooth. Add the eggs, one piece, then add vanilla and chocolate. Combine the salt and the flour and incorporate to the mixture taking care of not to beat of more. Pour the pasta into the mold.
